The College is approved to offer degrees under Education Code Section 94310(b) by the Office of Private and Post-secondary Education of the California State Department of Education. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 provides that information from your student records will not be identified by nor conveyed to unauthorized parties.
