Our Hawks served at 16 different locations in Santee and San Diego county during our spring IMPACT day of serving, March 28. At SDC, we are passionate about developing programs that advance local and global involvement. We are committed to making a tangible impact on our community throughout the year, which reflects our servant leadership values and reinforces our biblical worldview.

Students came back covered in dirt, paint, and sweat from their exciting day of serving our community. Over 200 students and 12 staff and faculty served to total roughly 1,300 hours of service.

We are so grateful to our 2018 Impact Partnering sites: Jamboree Housing, Home of Guiding Hands, Family Welcome Center, Caring Neighbors, Home Base Ranch, SD Food Bank, Santee Success School, SDC Student led Homeless Outreach and coastal clean up, Tommy Madrid, SD Interfaith housing, Pathways Community Church, Veterans Village, The Grove Church, Edgemoor Hospital, SDC Resident Life and Young Life. We look forward to our Fall Impact Conference, November 2-5!
