Invest in People.
Strengthen Your
Workforce.
Build an AI-Ready Workforce for What’s Next.
Build the AI-ready leaders you need from the people you already have.
San Diego Christian College partners with employers to turn tuition assistance into promotions. Your employees get online degrees built for working adults, new concentrations in cybersecurity, applied AI, analytics, healthcare and robotics, credit for the experience they already have, and a reduced partner tuition rate on top of what you already reimburse.
Your next security lead, analyst or unit manager is probably already on your payroll.
Hiring for AI, security and analytics skills from outside is slow and expensive. Developing them inside is faster, and it gives your best people a reason to stay.
Most tuition benefits go unused because the path is unclear: the degree takes too long, costs too much after reimbursement, or does not connect to a role the employee can move into. An SDCC partnership fixes each of those. The programs map to jobs you are trying to fill. Prior experience counts toward the degree. The partner rate lowers what your employee pays from the first class.
Employees stay where they can see themselves growing. A finished degree changes what someone is qualified for and what they believe is possible inside your company.

Questions Employers Ask
Find answers to common questions about partnering with SDCC.
What does a partnership cost us?
Nothing upfront. There is no fee, no minimum enrollment, and no budget commitment. You continue your existing tuition assistance policy, and the partner rate lowers the tuition it is applied to.
We do not offer tuition reimbursement. Can we still partner?
Yes. Your employees still receive the partner tuition rate, and we can help you explore an education benefit later if you choose to add one.
We already work with other colleges. Can we still partner?
Yes. An SDCC partnership can complement your existing college partnerships, giving employees additional program options and access to personalized enrollment support.
We are not a faith-based organization. Does that matter?
No. The partnership focuses on workforce development, employee growth, and preferred tuition. Faith informs how SDCC teaches; employers do not need to be faith-based organizations to partner.
Do employees need a technical background for the new concentrations?
Preparation and admission requirements vary by program and concentration. An enrollment advisor can help employees review the requirements and identify an appropriate pathway.
How long does a degree take?
Completion time depends on the program, course load, and credits accepted through transfer or prior learning evaluation. An advisor can review each employee’s background and help build an individual degree plan.
Can employees outside San Diego enroll?
Online study allows eligible employees to participate without commuting to campus. Enrollment availability depends on the employee’s location and program. Contact SDCC to confirm eligibility before applying.
