SDC Philanthropic Scholarships

Philanthropic scholarships are made available to SDC students through the generosity of alumni, parents and friends of the college. Last year, SDC was able to provide over $100,000 in scholarship gifts through three primary funds:

Students must apply for all three of the funds below. Click here to apply.

San Diego Christian Scholarship Fund (SDCSF)

  • The SDC Scholarship Fund is our largest and general, need-based fund that reduces financial barriers for students. Because the SDCSF is need-based, many students are eligible to receive aid from the fund.

 Incentive Scholarship Fund (ISF)

  • Supporting transfer or sophomore students meeting minimum GPA requirements and actively involved in a local church, the ISF requires an application and is overseen by the Scholarship Committee.

Urban Bridges Scholarship Fund (UBSF)

  • Designed to support first generation college students, the Urban Bridges Scholarship Fund seeks to reduce the overall burden for families who qualify.
